The themes of this album coincide with sonic properties, interactions, and impressions underwater, as well as being a unit traveling around for long periods of time collaborating on the same material. While the songs were generally created independent of one another and grew throughout many moons, they share very specific threads and energies that square pill created either through compositional processes or just by improvising with one another.

All sounds were composed and created by members of the trio (as well as some wonderful string textures by Marta on "Eleven") and were engineered and produced at a home studio right here in Chicago. We hope you enjoy!
